We started as a small operation, but now have become one of the leading suppliers in the polyurethane industry in China. 20 years ago the polyurethane technology was still quite new in the world, especially in China, and just beginning a period of tremendous growth. It was during this exciting time that our factory was founded in the big city, Shanghai of China. After 20 years’ hard working of Xitai team, our factory has become a company covering 2000 square meters from a very small warehouse. Today, xitai has been one of the top producers of quality polyurethane parts and urethane products, such as: driving wheels, idler wheels, driving rollers, idler rollers and skate wheels and scooter wheels. There are hundreds of products available, and we can produce an unlimited variety of custom polyurethane and urethane products according to requests from our customers all over the world.

Xitai Factory is located in the China international metro city-Shanghai. Xitai employs over 45 senior and mid-level management staff and more than 200 workers. As a global supplier in the polyurethane wheels, polyurethane rollers and other urethane products, Xitai’s goal is to create added value for customers around the world. Casting polyurethane products are ideal for use in a lot applications and automatic vehicles. We have full experiences to produce Polyurethane Pads, Polyurethane Bushings, Polyurethane scraper blades, Polyurethane seals, Polyurethane couplings, Polyurethane protective covers, polyurethane bumpers, and so on.
Polyurethane scooter wheels and skate wheels, which from our second production line, are widely used for children playing scooters and skate shoes.

Production Equipment
We are capable of mixing and producing an infinite number of polyurethane compounds, and offer some of the most advanced manufacturing capabilities available, including custom molding and machining.
1.For Polyurethane Compounds: We can precisely mix prepolymers with curatives to produce polyurethanes ranging in durometer from 5A (extremely soft) to 75D (extremely hard).
2.For Polyurethane Casting: We use 2 casting molding machines, 5 urethane pressing machines, 1 PU injection producing line to satisfy different customers with different production methods.
3.For Polyurethane Molds: We can cast polyurethane parts directly from existing molds or custom molds. Now over 500 different existing molds are available.
4.Machining Polyurethane Parts: We use the latest CNC Lathes & CNC Vertical Machining Centers.
5.CNC Machining Capabilities: We utilize 3 different Vertical Machining Centers that allows our expert technicians to precisely mill molds, bores, shapes and other technically-challenging items with ease.
6.Lathe Capabilities: Our 3 heavy duty precision Lathes are capable of handling rollers up to 80cm in diameter and 4m in length. With this machine, we can process your large industrial rollers quickly.

We control the product quality critically for every step during the manufacturing from custom polyurethane parts to refurbished drive wheels. We offer technical support that is second to none. We can perform chemical analysis, and predict theoretical life of a wheel or roll. We can also supply the load capacity based on material choice, and predict coefficient of friction.
