Semi-trailer Liquid Asphalt Tanker Is Designed to Transport Hot Liquid Asphalt and Other Sticky Mate

This equipment was used to delivery hot liquid asphalt and other sticky materials. The temperature fall for each hour is only 1 degree. 

 It is equipped with automatic-control heating and heat-preserving system. The convenient asphalt pumping system is also optional. 

There are two types available: truck-mounted type (including truck chassis with brand Shacman or Sino truck) and trailer-mounted type.

The semi-trailer asphalt tanker have been exported to many countries like Angola, Negeria, Sri Lank, Algeria, Congo, etc.

With one-year warranty after the date of B/L.

Main Features:

1. Asphalt tank is designed with hot oil heating system, which chooses imported auto-ignite burner with perfect combustion quality, it is in fast heating, with good insulation and pollution-free. 

2.Liquid asphalt can be filled by own asphalt pump or by auxiliary pump through manhole, be drained by pump or self-flow through multifunctional         pumping system which can meet various requirements of asphalt storage and carrying.

3.There is thermal oil system to supply heat preservation for pumps and valves.

4. Hydraulic drive on asphalt pump and hot oil pump with reliable transmission and convenient operation.

5. Asphalt tank equipped with ball-float type tank gauge and warning system.

6. Avaible to connect with different kinds of trailiers, convenient operating.
